Pioneer Bluff

Pioneer Bluff is located 5 blocks south of campus. It was completed in September of 2001. There are eight 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is large and spacious with great views. There are two large storage areas in each apartment. Each bedroom is equipped with dual phone lines for individual internet access. Each apartment has it's own free washer and dryer in a separate utility room. Our buildings are insulated far beyond the required codes, so you can be assured you will not have high utility bills.
