Pioneer Court is located at 830 Union St., 2 blocks north of campus. It was built in 1998 and has 9 4-bedroom/2-bathroom units. The apartments are large and spacious and they all have decks or patios. There is plenty of parking for this uniquely styled building. Each bedroom is equipped with dual phone lines for individual internet access. Each floor has it's own laundry facility and costs only 50 cents per wash and 50 cents to dry. Snow removal and garbage removal is included in your rent. Our buildings are insulated far beyond the required codes, so you can be assured you will not have high utility bills.
