Pioneer Bluff

Pioneer Bluff is our newest building. It is located 5 blocks south of campus. It was completed in September of 2001. There are 8 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments and 2 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is large and spacious with great views. There are two large storage areas in each apartment. Each bedroom is equipped with dual phone lines for individual internet access. Tankless water heaters give an endless supply of water at half the cost of regular heaters. Our buildings are insulated far beyond the required codes, so you can be assured you will not have high utility bills. Each apartment has it's own "free" washer and dryer in a separate utility room.
